Once the talent is booked, the real work begins. We had two separate crews allocated to this event to ensure that everything for the clients main meeting on property went off without a hitch while our second crew focused solely on all the details required of producing an A-List concert on a ship. Our TD worked in sync with the ship and band to ensure rider needs were met and specifications, load calculations, equipment and the load-in plan was up to par with everyone’s expectations.
But of course, it wouldn’t be an event without its challenges. Just three days before load-in, a dramatic shift in high tide threw our plans into disarray. Our technical director had to spring into action, rearranging the entire load-in and setup plan on the fly. But here’s the thing about challenges – they’re just opportunities in disguise. Thanks to our dedicated team and their tireless efforts, we not only minimized the impact on the client’s budget but also ensured that the show went on without a hitch. We worked around the clock to ensure that every attendee experienced nothing short of magic.
