Vendor Management

Vendor management is a crucial aspect of any large-scale event, and for our recent Petco Park event, we assigned multiple Account Executives to meticulously oversee different aspects of the vendor management process, ensuring nothing was overlooked.

One Account Executive was dedicated to managing all vendors related to food, bars, and associated rentals. From coordinating catering services to arranging bar setups and securing necessary equipment, this team member ensured that the culinary experience at the event was seamless and satisfying for all participants.

Another Account Executive took charge of the games and scoring systems, a pivotal aspect of the event's success. This included overseeing the creation of a custom scoreboard, liaising with vendors providing physical games, coordinating with trophy suppliers, and sourcing props for each game. Their meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the gaming experience was engaging and fair.

Finally, a third Account Executive served as the overarching coordinator, overseeing the entire vendor management process from start to finish. This involved working directly with the venue, managing budget and logistics, coordinating special elements such as fireworks displays and bus schedules, and ensuring effective signage and personnel management. They were instrumental in ensuring that the event ran smoothly from beginning to end, leaving both our client and participants delighted with the experience. Having

dedicated team members assigned to vendor management allowed us to streamline the process, anticipate potential challenges, and ensure that every detail was meticulously attended to. By entrusting different aspects of vendor management to specialized Account Executives, we were able to deliver a flawless event that exceeded expectations.
