Corporate Event Planning and Corporate Video Production Las Vegas
The B2Group partners with the Las Vegas YMCA on several projects, including corporate event planning, event production, and corporate video production services for commercial broadcast spots. We recently provided video production services for the YMCA Las Vegas’ Annual January Campaign commercial.
The YMCA locations in Las Vegas are more than just gyms but community resources providing diverse fitness offerings and classes for Las Vegans of all ages and even child care and activities. So, we landed on the tagline “Y is not the question, it’s the answer.”
Storyboard And Narrative
The YMCA has been around forever. Everyone knows who they are and has a general idea about what they offer, but each YMCA across the country is so unique that many people don’t understand what their facilities look like or how expansive their class and fitness offerings are. We worked with the Las Vegas YMCA to overcome this issue, by creating a storyboard and scriptwriting with a narrative that shows a key component of each of their most important offerings.
Corporate Video Production Las Vegas
With the video production for the commercial we wanted to highlight their beautiful indoor pools, their fitness facilities and personal training offerings, as well as the classes they offer for children. The YMCA is a one stop shop, and we wanted to make sure it was known that this is a place that’s more than just your average gym, it’s a place where communities and families grow.
Video Production Las Vegas YMCA Campaign Messaging
In addition to filming this commercial and providing video production services, we were also tasked to help with their 2018 marketing campaign, and collectively we came up with the tagline, “Y is not the question, it’s the answer.” This phrase will be used to streamline the YMCA brand for marketing efforts this year in what we call a 360 campaign.
In addition to creating the storyboard for the Las Vegas YMCA Annual Campaign commercial, our team also directed, produced, filmed and edited the spot. We focused the scriptwriting around the tagline to cement the narrative of the storyboard and communicate the YMCA as a hub for community building.
