This year, we worked with Cox on coming up with the theme for their event that took place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Our client wanted to go with a game show theme that conveyed the idea of “Big Risk, Big Reward”. The creation of a storyboard led to the development of a “No Limits” theme, and to drive the theme home, we organized a game show host as well as interactive game show games that engaged the audience and asked them questions related to their sales and growth to make the event more fun and engaging.

Providing corporate event planning, production, and management in an arena has its challenges as the venue is already set up with state of the art technology and high-end audio-visual equipment. We worked seamlessly with the venue this year and combined some of their technology with some of our own. The audience was able to use the existing jumbotron as well as two screens we brought to view all video production and graphical elements creating a truly immersive experience for attendees to Cox’s Atlanta and Las Vegas Sales Meeting.

Here is an example of an opening video that we produced for a Cox Business event with a “Venture Forward” theme. This is played before a corporate event starts to hype up the crowd for the meeting they’re about to take part in. We also created a closing video for this event to help end the meeting on an inspirational note.
